As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to King and Rooks Terms of Use and King and rooks Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the Referral Program:

Qualified referral

A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at King and Rook store (12 Widmer St. Toronto) by a person (a "Referred Customer") and cannot be purchased through any other offer or discount. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. Referral name must be given at the time of purchase to be eligible.

Who is Referred Customer?

The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person. The Referred Customer must have a different email address, along with a different name.

What are the Referral Rewards?

For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete a custom suit order. This purchase cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

What are the Credit Rewards

Rewards are store credits payable. Credit cannot be exchanged for currency. Credit rewards will expire after 2 years time.

Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. King and Rook’s Referral Program cannot be used by a business. A referrer must be a current purchasing client of King and Rook with custom suit or shirt measurements on file.

Right to close accounts

King and Rook reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the King and Rooks Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to cancel program or change terms

King and Rook reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
